About the Session
On both Saturday and Sunday Sofia Carestia will be offering Bodywork sessions in the Workshop area.
Bodywork is a transformative blend of techniques, including the Alchemy of Touch, Deep Tissue Massage, and Energy Work. She will release suppressed emotions that may be blocking your physical, emotional and spiritual body.
Bookings are preferred but not essential and can be made from 6pm Friday in the Workshop Area. You will find the sign in sheet on the alter next to Ganesh.
Payment can be made with cash or card at the time of your treatment.

With a deep passion in spiritual practices, I embrace the role of a Yoga Teacher, Bodyworker and Ecstatic Dance facilitator. I hold Sacred spaces where movement breath and presence become a gateway to the soul.
