Once a year, the jungle stirs with something special. Just an hour out of Darwin, a hidden world awakens where the trees pulse to the beat, the stars watch in awe, and the people gather in celebration. This is Aetheria Jungle Jamboree Edition, a three-day immersive celebration of music, art, and community.

This year's theme invites you to embrace the wild, the vibrant, and the untamed. Let the lush energy of the jungle surround you as we unite through sound, dance, and connection.

Main Stage – The Jungle Heartbeat

This is where the wild roars loudest. The Main Stage is a psychedelic powerhouse, thumping with high-impact sets from professional headliners. Expect deep, layered sound journeys and mind-bending visuals that build into ecstatic dance floor moments. As the sun sinks behind the canopy, the night transforms with laser shows, stunning projection mapping, and jaw-dropping performances from fire dancers and LED artists. The jungle comes alive, and every beat feels like it was meant for your feet.

Market Stage – The Groove Garden

Tucked between vibrant stalls and forest clearings, the Market Stage is a glowing sanctuary of funk, techno, and uplifting groovy beats. This space is designed for flow and connection, perfect for wandering souls and daytime shufflers alike. Bright decor, cozy chill spots, and a magical photo booth make it a favourite place to recharge and reconnect. As night falls, the energy rises with pulsing lights and lush rhythms that bring the jungle to life in a dreamy dance floor bloom.

The Dog House – The Wild Run Free

When the need for speed calls, head to The Dog House. This is where the high-energy creatures come to play. It’s fast-paced, raw, and unrelenting. If you want to lose yourself in a maze of sound and find your freedom in the rhythm, this is your late-night destination. No rules, just release.

Market and Food Stalls – A Jungle Lane of Discovery

Wander the lush laneways between stages and discover a thriving strip of local vendors offering delicious eats, handmade crafts, festival gear, and unexpected treasures. Whether you’re looking for a bite, a new outfit, or something sparkly to mark the moment, the Market has you covered. Aetheria is a BYO event, so bring your favourite drinks, but remember to keep it safe for everyone and leave glass at home.

Workshops and Art Gallery – Where Creativity Grows

In the heart of the jungle lies a space to learn, explore, and create. Join workshops that awaken your spirit and connect you with others on the same wavelength. This year introduces our brand new Art Gallery, where local artists showcase and sell their creations in an interactive, inspiring setting. Come feel the creativity flowing through the trees.

Camping

Escape the ordinary and embrace the vibrations of the Neon Forest by camping on-site. Immerse yourself in nature, sleep and share stories under the stars, and create lasting memories with fellow festival-goers. The camping experience adds an extra layer to the sense of community that defines us.

Family Camp

Welcome to The Village, the festival family camp where magic happens for both parents and children alike. Nestled in a serene quiter area of the festival grounds, The Village offers a haven for families to camp and create lasting memories together, chill out and experience the festival in a relaxed format. Our dedicated space features a delightful array of activities, a treasure trove of toys, and thoughtfully designed spaces, ensuring that the little ones have their own enchanted realm to explore and play. At The Village, families can embrace the festival spirit in a wholesome and welcoming environment, making it an unforgettable experience for everyone.

Step into a neon jungle where the wild meets the whimsical! This year’s Aetheria festival transforms into the Jungle Jamboree, a vibrant celebration of untamed energy and ancient wonder. Picture party animals dancing under glowing canopies, statues aglow in neon hues, and Jungle-inspired temples alive with rhythmic beats. Let the spirit of the jungle guide you through immersive art, electrifying music, and unforgettable adventures.

Duration

Aetheria unfolds over three days and two nights of unforgettable music, art and culture. As the beats echo through the Neon Forest, time seems to lose its grip, allowing you to dance, connect, and celebrate the magic that only a festival like this can offer. 

The Festival officially comes to a close on the Sunday Night, but we encourage people to camp over the night to leave the site fresh and rested on Monday.

Festival Ethos – The Aetherian Way

We are the Darwin Doofers, and we move by two guiding principles. Leave No Trace and P L U R – Peace, Love, Unity, Respect. We honour the land we gather on and each other’s space within it. Pack light, tread gently, and help us keep the grounds beautiful for future generations of Aetherians. Facilities will be available to make your stay comfortable, but the true comfort comes from the community we create together.

This is not just a party. It’s a pilgrimage to the wild. A rhythm that beats beneath your feet. A tribe that welcomes you home.
