MAVZY

Jhonny Maviet, aka Mavzÿ, is a young artist who discovered himself through psytrance. Fifteen years ago, he found free parties and their distinctive musical atmosphere in the heart of nature on his native island of New Caledonia, sparking a lifelong passion for electronic music.

This passion soon inspired him to begin DJing. A few years later, he joined the World People label, opening the door to his first European bookings and giving him the opportunity to perform alongside and share the stage with renowned artists.

Inspired by these experiences, Jhonny completed music production (MAO) training in Paris to further develop his craft. This led to the launch of his live project, Mavzÿ, in 2020—a project deeply influenced by the natural beauty, richness, and diversity of his home island.

Mavzÿ's psytrance sound blends groovy basslines, twisted leads, and deep atmospheric textures. His music creates a unique universe where electronic production merges seamlessly with the sounds and spirit of nature.
